Admin Assistant
SUMMARY
We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to join our growing team. You will be able to make a direct impact on improving and scaling our processes, by handling account and administrative functions in the company.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Full sets of account (GL/AP/AR/Bank/Petty Cash and etc)
- To prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO and PCB)
- Maintain monthly cash book, bank reconciliation and collection reconciliation.
- Perform a month-end-closing and preparation reports.
- Process payment for suppliers/customers.
- Preparation of audit and tax schedule for year end audit and tax submission.
- Process staff claim, and other general admin support.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and duties assigned by superior from time to time.
